  12. We had extreme difficulties here trying to get gcc to compile for the
  13. convex.  We are running the convex in IEEE mode rather than in native
  14. mode, and gcc did not want to link.  The people doing the port gave up
  15. after a couple of days of frustration, and now we are using the ATT c++
  16. compiler (which I don't like).  We have a C2MP.

  18. Has anybody successfully compiled gcc and g++ for the convex with the
  19. convex in IEEE mode?
