- I'm looking for a replacement flyback transformer for my Commodore
- 1084 monitor. This is the old style, made by Philips, before the
- 1084S was produced.
-
- According to our two local Commodore dealers, it is no longer
- made/sold by Commodore. I was hoping someone out there in netland
- would have some helpful information, though.
-
- If you know of any store, repair shop, or distributor that might sell
- this product, please let me know. Note that any Philips dealer might
- be able to help--we don't have any Philips dealers around here to my
- knowledge, and I don't know Philips' name for the monitor other than
- that it was sold to Commodore and named the 1084 by Commodore.
-
- Any and all help is appreciated.
-
- I don't read comp.sys.amiga.hardware, so I have directed followups to
- comp.sys.cbm, which I do read (I use the monitor with my 128). Please
- double check when following up that you post it to comp.sys.cbm. Or
- reply via e-mail if that's your preference.
