- We have a 3B15/401 here that we have grown very attached to and it is
- acting up. Actualy, it seems to be quite ill. It started out as an
- apparent memory failure, but has progressed to something more serious.
- When I attempt to power up the machine, the diagnostic leds come up,
- then most of them (all but the memory boards) go out. The fans
- actually sound like the power is dropping. When I display the edt
- table, the only entries are the CCC and CCS.
-
- I suspect one of the power supplies has faied, but I don't really have
- that level of experience with repairing these machines. If there are
- any kind souls out there who could give me a clue, it would really
- mean alot.
-
- Thanks....
