  14.    Yes, an article(s) on Atari 8-bit OS's would be interesting, but you
  15. may have trouble pulling all the nasty threads apart: my understanfding
  16. is that there were many DOSs running around, that were a legitamite
  17. DOS, with someone else's name slapped on the front, like the famous
  18. "<first name deleted> <lastname deleted too> Pirate DOS", where the
  19. COPY DISK function was replaced with the label PIRATE DISK, and a
  20. message was put on the screen, saying that this option would 
  21. "copy ANY disk". (Of course it didn't).  By the way, I didn't see
  22. MyDISxxxx  MyDOS on your list....
