- Yes, an article(s) on Atari 8-bit OS's would be interesting, but you
- may have trouble pulling all the nasty threads apart: my understanfding
- is that there were many DOSs running around, that were a legitamite
- DOS, with someone else's name slapped on the front, like the famous
- "<first name deleted> <lastname deleted too> Pirate DOS", where the
- COPY DISK function was replaced with the label PIRATE DISK, and a
- message was put on the screen, saying that this option would
- "copy ANY disk". (Of course it didn't). By the way, I didn't see
- MyDISxxxx MyDOS on your list....
