  15. I want to move windows to other places "manually", i.e. without using
  16. taskmaster. The user has to select "Move Window...", the cursor becomes
  17. a hand, and then he (or she) can walk with that window around. The
  18. pseudocode looks like this:

  20. _GetMouse
  21. _LocalToGlobal
  22. _DragWindow
  23. ...
  24. I've noticed that this routine works only with titled windows, but I'd
  25. like to apply this mechanism to windows without title bar. (Er, that's
  26. why it's here...)

  28. Any way out? Does DragWindow check the frame bits (BTW, fMove=1)?
