  12. First of all, my thanks go out to David Empson for providing the info on
  13. the patch in the first place.  For the life of me I could never figure
  14. out why I could never print under Appleworks.  Unfortunately, his patch
  15. didn't directly address Appleworks version 1.3.  I have this version,
  16. and his directions allowed me to make the patch anyway. For those who
  17. have version 1.3 and need the location of the bytes to patch:  its
  18. 3BFD-3C02.  Again, thanks!  This has radically changed my attitude
  19. towards Appleworks.  I had been using it anyway (cause I like it), but
  20. up to now had been forced to convert it to another format so that I
  21. could get a printout of anything.
