  14. Anybody had this happen to them?  My AppleII+ wouldn't turn 
  15. on first time. I had to try several times. It kept taking more
  16. times to get it to work until finally it stopped working altogether.
  17. I got out the meter and determined it was the power supply. All
  18. voltages are about one tenth their rated voltage. I have a schematic
  19. in my Apple manual but it is not the right one for the supply I have.
  20. The Apple was bought in 1980 and the supply manufacturer is Astec.
  21. Anybody solved this one before and can suggest which parts to 
  22. try to replace?
