- The original status code (270001) is "Undefined VME Interrupt." While there
- are probably lots of ways to get this, I saw most of them when our power
- supplies were flaking out. After you have a crash, take the right-hand side
- (as you face the machine) off, and check the LEDs on the power supply (the bottom
- board in the X-bus). There should be a handy interpreter's guide to the LEDs on
- or near the supply board too. If you have 5V or 12V undervoltage, you will soon
- need a new supply. You might want to take the board out, remove the slide-in
- power bricks, and clean the contacts (some people have had good luck with this).

- If you have more than one memory board, you might want to pull the board in
- slot 7 and try again. If things succeed, then you really do have a bad RAM board
- (this doesn't explain the 270001 status though).
