- I posted a question last night about altering pr_MsgPort and I
- wish to retract it. What I was really interested in knowing is that
- after I set dn_Task to the message port of my launched process can I
- safely perform an rts in the initial process begun by AmigaDOS and rest
- assured that the memory allocated for the device node structure will
- hang around?
-
- Another way all together. Could the initial handler be used in the
- context of a process if I set dn_Task to the address of a message port I
- create (not pr_MsgPort)?
-
- Thanks,
- Jeff S. Dickson
