  11. Can anyone help me with some code (pascal or C preferred) for reading
  12. from the RS-232 ports.  Mainly I would like to be able to read a 
  13. 8-bit binary number and possibly pass back and forth some control values.

  15. I guess the real question is... is there a way to detect logical
  16. highs and lows in the port, and place logical highs and lows.
