  36. This is the way I did it too.  The 30.11.92 I transferred the money 
  37. directly to SAS Germany's bank account, and faxed the order the same
  38. day.  I am still waiting.  I haven't contacted them yet as it is "only"
  39. 7 weeks ago.  I thought I would give them one more week.
