- Release 2.04 was KS 37.175. The installation software keys off the "37".

-
- All A3000 users are strongly encouraged to upgrade to Kickstart release 2.04
- (V37.175). Many bugs were fixed and a lot of attention was given to
- compatibility fixes. We basically consider 2.04 the "official" 2.0 Kickstart
- (there's also 2.05, but that's another story..).

-
- Quite possible and highly recommended.

-
- Registered A3000 owners should be able to get the 2.04 Kickstart from their
- dealer.
-
- >And does the

-
- The AS316 Upgrade Kit included the SuperKickstart disk. But if you plan
- to upgrade to Release 2.1, just get the SuperKickStart disk (or ROMs) and
- the AS216 (see below).

-
- The AS314 contains the 2.04 ROM. If you wish to preserve your soft-load option
- get the AS316 which has the SuperKickstart disk instead.
- Anyway, once your Kickstart is up to 2.04, you need the AS216 Enhancer Kit
- which has everything else you (an A3000 owner) need to upgrade to Release
- 2.1. The AS215 Enhancer Kit is the same but has a Kickstart ROM for A2000
- owners.
-
- Release 2.1 works just fine on an A3000.

- Glad to be of service!
