- Tools that measure the free CPU-Time usually create stuff like that. They
- set up a task with a very low priority and count how many (micro)seconds
- this task gets from the system. So they can calculate the free CPU-time.
- (Tools like that are SystemSpy and XOper!)

- Usually these task do not cause any problems, but there're definitly better
- ways to determine the CPU-usage that this method. Perhaps you should
- consider taking that tool from you user-startup-sequence.
