  12.   Is it possible to assign an IFF picture as a backdrop in WB 2.1?
  13.   I read that you could, but find no way of doing so.

  15.   The WB 2.1 manuals are of no help on this subject, so I am assuming
  16.   that you cannot have large IFF pictures as backdrops without using
  17.   NickPrefs or Backdrop or something.
