  13. By installing 2.1 on my Amiga 2000 I cannot boot from the hard disk
  14. anymore.  If I boot from a floppy I can mount the filesystem on the HD
  15. and normally access all files stored on it. The hard disk is from
  16. Supra Corp. (50 Mb) with Seagate controllers. It is on the SCSI addr 0
  17. and LUN 0. The new utilities 'HDToolbox' cannot see it, the error
  18. message 'Device not installed' is displayed and no action is possible.

  20. I've copied the harddisk.device and the mountlist file in the Devs
  21. drawers which does not do much.  When the Amiga tried to boot from the
  22. HD I got the following GURU message but have no idea what it means:

  26. The SupraFormat utilities shows that the first partition HAS the BOOT
  27. flag correctly set.

  30. Any hints? Help would be greatly appreciated, I've spent hours on this
  31. one already.
