- Ahem! Please read before you post. I did try AC Tech. (Amazing Tech =
- Amazing Computing (AC) Tech). Telling me where to go won't help at all. I
- want info from someone who's actually got the thing to work. I also would like
- information on programming the glove in High Resolution mode. I have found that
- most of the people who have written powerglove programs don't take into account
- accelerators. The AC Hack only works in 68000 mode for me and flat out bombs
- on my 68040. I need to program it to work as a background task with my 68040
- as I am using the glove to perform 3-d manipulations. I also don't want just
- UDLR-button info but X,Y,Z,rot, fingers which you only get from hires. To be
- more specific, I want timings on sending receiving signals to/from the glove
- and any specifications on hires mode available. I already have built the
- joystick interface (port 2) and I have built the parallel port interface to
- the glove. I will most likely end up using the parallel port because it's
- more reliable than using the joystick port (like in the AC Hack).
-
- P.S. John, this isn't really a flame. I'm just disappointed that the only
- "help" I've gotten are people telling me to do something I've already done that
- doesn't work.
