- Having recently acquired an NEC multisync (model 1) for my
- A1200, I now wish to get rid of my 1084. However I also use the 1084
- as a TV by connecting a video to the composite in socket.
-
- Does anybody know where to get a TV tuner with an RGB
- output. I hoped that these would be readily available (since all
- TVs must have circuitry that does much the same job), but so far
- I have been unable to find such a box.
-
- Trilogic were selling an Amstrad product that did this
- (which I think was for the CPC computer monitor) but sold out
- late last year. They tell me that the Amstrad boxes were the last
- ones and they can`t get any more.
-
- I have seen adverts for the Roctec PIPview which claims to
- work with any Amiga monitor, but after ringing two of their UK
- distributors one said it would work with a multisync and another
- said composite monitors only!
