- 1) RiscOS3 is not guaranteed to work at more than 2400 baud because of
- interrupt latency problems. Try again at that speed.

- 2) The fact that it works in one direction, and not the other strongly
- implies that you might not be aware that split baud rate operation is
- not possible on the A4 - it uses the same send and receive rates.
