  17. Yes, I noticed the editorial in Archive magazine which advised people to
  18. phone up Acorn's switchboard to complain about NCS's shortage of RISC OS 3.1
  19. upgrades. I bet that made them very popular with Acorn. In this instance
  20. you ought to complain about NCS's attitude, not Acorn.
