  12. Note that it when the manual for Artworks says that the Artworks dongle
  13. should plug in to the computer and the Imprssion dongle should plug into
  14. the Artworks one it means it!  I ignored this and, every time the printer
  15. went offline Artworks died!  People having strange dongle trouble may
  16. wish to check this!

  18. Incidentally - my BJ10 TurboDriver is in imminent danger of getting thrown
  19. out of the window after it twice hung up while printing from Impression.
  20. My first impression of the TurboDriver was good, but it looks as if it may
  21. prove to be just too flaky for serious use. Shame.
