- When I first bought Impression, it worked fine, until I tried to print
- - Impression complained about lack of dongle when I turned on the
- printer. They told me all sorts of things - turn printer on first,
- turn printer on before starting impression, try new cable, try new
- printer....
- Eventaully they admited that the dongle might be faulty. Sent of
- dongle. For the next week, instead of a DTP package that I could use
- but not print, I had slashed out for a DTP package that would not run
- at all.
- New dongle - everything fine.

- A year later, I wanted to import a text file ignoring all CRs in the
- file. A call to CC support might sort me out

- Further trawling through manual reveals the real answer
