  14.  I like to know if there is any software available (via FTP) to perform
  15. feature extraction on the speech signal for Sun sparcs. I don't know if
  16. this is a FAQ question, but I appreciate any help.

  18.  I am working on a speech recognizer using fuzzy neural networks, but I
  19. need a good speech analyser. Rigth now I am using the program ILS for PCs
  20. to do the speech analysis, and I have to convert the files to the Sun's
  21. format which takes a very long time.
