- I've probably got the wrong user group here, but this is the first time I've
- used it...
-
- I'm looking for a decent Macintosh program to track accounting data. I have 4th
- Dimension, which I really like, but the runtime program I have for keeping
- track of accounting transactions is not good. It's a modified copy of something
- somebody made for thier wife, etc. and just not a full fledged accounting
- system.
-
- I've been calling Acius to get a list of developers that may have made
- something like this already but it takes three days to get a message to
- somebody to call you next month (I exaggerate but what can tell you, it's
- frustrating).
-
- I'm open to other programs as well if anyone knows of some good ones to try.
-
- I work at University of Utah, and we're affiliated with the Math Dept., but
- once removed in a different location. I want to keep track of transactions in
- several large-ish research grants, separately from the University's mainframe.
-
- I _don't_ need payroll, inventory, or other small business stuff, but I do need
- something more than a checkbook balancer. Don't recommend Quicken, I've tried
- that and, well, no thank you.
-
- Can anybody help?
- Send me to an appropriate source or user group?
-
- Thanks in advance,
-
