  18. I've probably got the wrong user group here, but this is the first time I've
  19. used it...

  21. I'm looking for a decent Macintosh program to track accounting data. I have 4th
  22. Dimension, which I really like, but the runtime program I have for keeping
  23. track of accounting transactions is not good. It's a modified copy of something
  24. somebody made for thier wife, etc. and just not a full fledged accounting
  25. system.

  27. I've been calling Acius to get a list of developers that may have made
  28. something like this already but it takes three days to get a message to
  29. somebody to call you next month (I exaggerate but what can tell you, it's
  30. frustrating).

  32. I'm open to other programs as well if anyone knows of some good ones to try.

  34. I work at University of Utah, and we're affiliated with the Math Dept., but
  35. once removed in a different location. I want to keep track of transactions in
  36. several large-ish research grants, separately from the University's mainframe.

  38. I _don't_ need payroll, inventory, or other small business stuff, but I do need
  39. something more than a checkbook balancer. Don't recommend Quicken, I've tried
  40. that and, well, no thank you.
