  13. I am using xv version 2.21, from 4/29/92.  I am using xv under SunOS 4.1.2,
  14. OpenWindows 3.0 and the olvwm window manager.  Each time xv displays
  15. a picture, the location of the picture moves slightly down the screen.
  16.  
  17. I would like to know if there is some way that I could specify that
  18. I want the window to stay in one place and not move.
