- Hello,
- Thank you everyone who sent me email and flames regarding my post on
- comp.sources.testers. The polite responses and ones providing pointers to
- better newsgroups for test postings were quite useful. Thanks.
- This posting is NOT a test posting, however. I went through my .newsrc
- file and figured this was the most appropriate group for this posting.
- Although, a post to comp.sources.testers regarding running XConq under
- DESQview/X might be a possibility in the near future. :)
- To get to the point: I'm having trouble running XConq smoothly under
- DESQview/X. It seems to be an I/O problem, because XConq can't seem to save
- properly nor print properly. When it tries to save, it has to do an emergency
- save. When it attempts to print, it freezes up, often taking the whole system
- with it. If anyone has information about running XConq under DESQview/X,
- please email me at: jjwu@magnus.acs.ohio-state.edu
-
- If anyone would like to help me sort out the configuration problems XConq is
- encountering by, uh, testing it [ :) ], please feel free to do so.
-
- Peace...
-
- See ya!
