  13. My organization is considering using one of these two public domain packages.
  14. I am interested to hear from others who have tried to use, are currently
  15. using, or have in the past used either CVS or ShapeTools. I am especially
  16. interested in:

  18. Ease of installation and configuration for a project.
  19. Reliability.
  20. Ease of use on a day-to-day basis.
  21. What features proved to be most/least useful.
