  12. we are looking for any kind of comparison of stardard-software versus
  13. individual (tool-based developed) software. This comparison could be statistical
  14. values, costs, percentages of adaption (of the standard-software), etc.
  15.  
  16. We are concentrating on the context of production environment (especially 
  17. mechanical engineering production). In this area, the individuality of the firms
  18. is a difficulty for standard-applications (e.g. production control systems).

  20. Any help (literature, statistics etc. with source) is appreciated.
