  19. To answer the question, I am enclosing a post I read from comp.dsp a few 
  20. months ago. Hopefully, this may lead a new trend -- exchange .m files and
  21. documentation by package. I did succesfully down load the following 
  22. "communication toolbox".

  30. Thanks to Phillip Musumeci who allowed his site to be used 
  31. the MATLAB communications toolbox together with the manual, 
  32. figures and sample sound files is now available for downloading 
  33. by anonymous ftp.

  35. I am still trying to upload the package to the NETLIB 
  36. (research.att.comm), and I will announce on the net when that
  37. process is accomplished.   But until then here is the information:
