  43. This feature used to be supported but I believe I removed it for some
  44. good reason. ;^)  Let me look at the code and try to remember why.

  52. You can disable any menubar and item.  Add this to the global.helpinit
  53. file that should be located in $(ANDREWDIR)/lib:

  58. The only problem with this is that users who have .helpinit files, will
  59. have to use the include directive to get this behavior.

  70. The newest version of help (only available to Consortium members)
  71. includes hypertext help topics.  Those items that are surrounded with
  72. the helptopic style (a dotted-box around the topic text), respond to a
  73. mouse click by loading the associated document into the current window. 
  74. I have a personal help template that puts the helptopic dotted-box style
  75. in red on my color display.  Draw the attention.
