  10.   I am looking for information/ suggestions/ recommendations on
  11. GUI design tools to aid in the development of user interfaces for
  12. real-time embedded systems. Our project is trying to use 
  13. "off the shelf" hardware for CPU and graphics boards (VMEbus or
  14. STD bus) and a real-time OS (possibly a graphics board with
  15. resident Xserver). We need to concurrently update data displayed in 
  16. 2 or 3 windows while the user is inputting data in another window.
  17. Our development hosts are SPARCstations running Solaris 1.1.
  18.  
  19.   We are looking at some real-time GUI tools such as DataViews
  20. (V.I. Corp.) and Sammi (Kinesix).  Any information regarding
  21. these tools or others would be helpful. Are there other GUI
  22. design tools not based on X which might be suitable for our
  23. application?
