  13. Hello all,

  15. Recently, I've been trying to write communication programs using the 
  16. SunOS 4.1.1 Transport Layer Interface (TLI). I'm using asynchronous 
  17. mode. The SunOS manuals mentioned about asynchronous execution mode,
  18. and the examples given made some assumptions like "/dev/tivc" which
  19. is fake.

  21. Does anybody have experience with this and be able to program the 
  22. TLI? Any ideas and suggestions are most welcome.
