- Yes. Base NetWare 3.11 supports MIB I on IP. There is an update to SNMP
- available from Novell in a variety of products, or to any customer who
- pesters their reseller for it :-) that supports MIB-II.
- In addition, there is a portion of the NetWare Management System called
- NetExplorer Plus that is freely duplicatable to all servers within an
- enterprise that implements another MIB that contains some discovery
- information to aid in mapping the database. This MIB is included within
- the NMS product.

- In general, I don't think management systems have this type of MIB.
- Novell's NMS, for instance, doesn't allow SNMP queries to the database. What
- it does have is an open database schema allowing applications to do btrieve
- queries to the database. The app could then export the data via SNMP if
- it chose to do so.
