- Hello,
-
- We're a PC/TCP site license site, and use the InterDrive NFS client with a
- number of different types of Unix machines. From time to time the subject of
- Novell comes up, and some people say, why aren't we running Netware. I
- usually preach the benefits of IP, Unix, Standards, etc.., and that Netware
- is proprietary and requires IPX. The one thing that they say is that there are
- products out there running under Netware that offer software metering or
- brokering, and software distribution. Does anyone know of third party
- vendors that offer the same kinds of services on top of NFS?
-
- Thanks,
