  11. Hello, I'm having problems with xmodem on a modem
  12. (Twincom Commuter) using Quicklink.  (Hardware is a 4-year-old
  13. Zenith XT laptop.)

  15. There haven't been any problems downloading with xmodem from the U. of
  16. Pittsburgh mainframe, but whenever I try to do it from CompuServe,
  17. I get a "complement error".
  18.  
  19. If anyone could give me some help as to what sort of problem this is
  20. --hardware vs software--let alone how to solve it, I would be 
  21. grateful.
