  11. I am trying to get the latest version of the X.400 implementors guide.

  13. The latest version OMNICOM has available is version 5.  OMNICOM claims
  14. they have been trying to get version 8 from the ITU for months and have
  15. been unable to get a copy.  Is there anyone out there with the latest
  16. version, and if so, how did you go about getting it.
