- Is anyone use ARNS's IPRemoteAT through MacSLIP connection?
- I try to select IPRemoteAT under the network control panel after
- I have established the MacSLIP connection. The control panel message will
- said "Changing you AppleTalk connection will interrupt current
- network services and they will have to reestablished.
- Are you sure you want to change from EtherTalk to IPRemote?" - OK..
- "Switching your AppleTALK connection. One Moment, please."
- Then the ARNS message will show up:
- "The University of Melbourne IP Remote AppleTalk
- Cannot open MacTCP( or MacTCP is not configured for Ethernet). "
- Since I am using the MacSLIP, the "SLIP" is selected for MacTCP.
-
- I seems to remember someone on this board use this configuration.
- I would like to know how to get ARNS's IPRemoteAT work over MacSLIP.
-
- Thanks,
-
