  29. there should be!!!

  31. Why distribute something that is potentially dangerous to those who may not
  32. know how to 'correctly' use it?  The only answer I can come up with is greed.
  33. The 'American Way' never ceases to amaze me.

  35. In some states you can be held responsible if you serve alcohol to a
  36. obviously drunk person and that person injures somebody (including themselves).  I
  37. can only hope that a similar law will soon be written for viruses.
