- 'Scuse me? If you read John's post carefully, you'll see that he doesn't
- want to make the code illegal, but its distribution.

- Personally, I would amend that to more specifically mean the mass distribution
- of such materials. Just like it should be illegal to sell large vials of
- typhoid or the bubonic plague on street corners. Such things just aren't safe.
