  31. I think that the solicitation is the crime.  It should be the same to say
  32. "Viruses for sale,"
  33. as it is to say
  34. "Sex for sale."

  36. You can't stop distribution of viruses.  But you can control adds like the one
  37. that got us all fired up.  If we don't know about it, we won't be upset.
  38. Besides, whether we know about it or not, it's still going to happen.
