  13.     We are interested in obtaining some information on high speed video
  14. monitors and sub-systems. The video refresh rate must allow 1ms accuracy.
  15. Most common mutil-syncs require approx. 13-14ms for a screen sweep. If anyone
  16. has any information on such systems, or knows of someone who does, could you 
  17. please send e-mail.
