  28.   I'm supposed to do a little survey on concurrent programming tools (on networks
  29. of workstations). Currently working with PVM, i have very few references on Linda,
  30. and ISIS. Need some references and comparison studies if available. As far as i 
  31. heard, the only tool that has built in load balacing algorithms is Express, but i
  32. could not find any references to it.
