  26. The list is useful for system crackers to test their ability to find accounts
  27. without passwords (first level security: twisting the door knob to see
  28. if it's unlocked), and then maybe the possibility of testing penetration
  29. tools to scope out what's going on (2nd level security).  The attraction
  30. is the "non-conventional." Like finding the gateways to Antarctica or
  31. space computers, or defense/intelligence computers.  Especially, since
  32. the laws are currently vague and many bureaucracies don't want to go thru
  33. the embarassment of the publicity.  The penetrator hoping or assuming they
  34. can get off the hook by trying to seek employment as a security consultant.

  40. And in a way, Robert Morris did not deserve to be convicted for the Internet
  41. worm AT THIS TIME.  But that's my opinion.
