- I would like to be helped on this subject:

- I'm going to plan a procedure (DCL, C or something else...) that will be able
- to detect those user process that are running from a certain time (i.e. 10
- minutes of CPU) and then reduce their priority to 3, so they will not affect the
- performances of the global system.

- I work on a VAX 6300 with VMS 5-5.
