  14. I'm a novice user and so I hope that "gurus" will be kind, as much as possible,
  15. with me!

  17. I would like to be helped on this subject:

  19. I'm going to plan a procedure (DCL, C or something else...) that will be able
  20. to detect those user process that are running from a certain time (i.e. 10
  21. minutes of CPU) and then reduce their priority to 3, so they will not affect the
  22. performances of the global system.

  24. I work on a VAX 6300 with VMS 5-5.
