  12. OS/2 2.0 Bitmaps - new compression for 1 bit/pel data

  14. According to the documentation on the ulCompression field in the
  15. BITMAPINFOHEADER2 structure there is one new compression method 
  16. BCA_HUFFMANENCODING. 
  17. (the others are BCA_UNCOMP, BCA_RLE4, BCA_RLE8 i.e. the same as found in
  18. Windows 3.0 bitmaps)
