  15.   Is there any way to allocate memory that is not swappable ?
  16. I seem to remember you could do this under OS/2 1.3, but I
  17. can find that support in 2.0.  I need to be able to 
  18. allocate a large block of memory and keep it in physical memory,
  19. for testing low memory conditions.

  21.   I would rather not have to write a device driver to do this.
