  12.   Sorry to bore all those of experience around here looking for new and thought
  13. provoking conversation, but I'd like to ask for the advice of anyone who can
  14. recommend a good text to start os/2 programming!  I'm relatively inexperienced
  15. in PM type application design and production (most of my experience has been in
  16. DOS and text only unix C stuff) and havn't any knowledge of either windows (ms)
  17. programming, nor C++.  The latter may be a problem but I am willing to learn it
  18. if need be.  I've dl'ed the GNU C/C++ compiler (not emx port) and have tried
  19. elementary os/2 text programming (really basic stuff).

  21.   Also, I don't know if i'm missing something, but is there a program around to
  22. execute the unix-like make files?  Thanxx in advance for any help!!
