  14. As a DOS programming veteran, I have two questions:
  15.     1) What is the best way to do the low-level comm stuff that
  16.        is required of a successful and useable terminal program?
  17.     2) Having no compiler for OS/2, what would you recommend for
  18.        developing programs in -full screen mode-?
