  26. If you mean Turbo C/C++ 3.0 this is how I made it work for me (this is
  27. umpteenth time I'm writing it here):
  28.   - TC++ 3.0 migrated to the desktop as an OS/2 application (instead of a
  29.     DOS one, which it really is, of course)
  30.   - then I changed the session to DOS window (DOS full screen is OK as well)
  31.   - finally I set the DPMI_DOS_API to ENABLED
