- I have an application which will need to send identical messages to a
- potentially large number of clients (hundreds) on a LAN, and I'm
- interested in saving bandwidth. I know the underlying carrier
- supports broadcast and multicast transmissions, but is there any
- network API for addressing a message to multiple destinations?
