- I'm not officially connected with this announcement, but I did
- watch the Field Television Network broadcast Mike mentioned, and
- I want to correct one error before folks raise their expectations

- There was no claim made as to a 10X speed increase -- the claim was
- a 10X QUALITY increase to the code. Yes, there should be a real
- speed increase due to the tuning and conversion to 32-bit (especially
- with DDCS/2, the host gateway product), but as far as I know IBM
- hasn't placed any number on that speediness.
